The basic license

If you opt for one of our new subscriptions for your IACBOX, you can choose from all licence sizes from 100 simultaneous devices/users. This new, flexible type of licensing can be cancelled annually and offers all the functions and benefits of the full licence at a significantly lower entry-level price – also ideal as a trial before you bind yourself forever!
Also convenient: all software maintenance services are already included!
The modules
For your individual application, you can choose from numerous optional modules, such as interfaces to hotel systems, tools for convenient data protection compliance, filter options according to application protocol or special editions for schools, residential or nursing homes.
And the best thing about it: They can be activated at any time, immediately whith the first subscription or license purchase, or anytime later.
Hardware
You can use your own hardware to install the IACBOX software or purchase our preinstalled servers. The dimensioning of the hardware depends on the number of concurrent users / devices in the network and activated functions, which is why we offer different models.
Maintenance
The IACBOX Software Maintenance is the completely carefree package for your IACBOX and is already included in all subscriptions, or separately available for permanent licenses with a term of 1, 3 or 5 years.
Lite version
The IACBOX Lite version was specially designed for cost-effective implementation in smaller companies that do not need the full range of functions of the Full version. It is only available as a permanent license purchase.
The Lite version is used in small hotels and guesthouses, restaurants, cafés and other smaller locations where public and secure Internet access is required.
